Another
action packed day in Normandy! We started with the market challenge when we were
responsible for buying all of the ingredients on the shopping list to make
lunch for thirty people - it was certainly a test of our French! We just
about managed it and only one group got confused and bought 7 slices of
saucisson for 35 people as opposed to 7 saucisson! After this we went on a
disused railway and cycled along this admiring the French countryside. We
enjoyed our picnic lunch and a quick game of inter-year football (4-4),
before heading to do some kayaking. This was really fun and despite the
fact that the sun wasn't shining, we enjoyed splashing about on the river.
The best bit was definitely the slide at the end!
